This 14-year-old freshman (now 15 and a sophomore) knows what she wants and what it will take to achieve it! Tori is an “A” student, plays on 2 hockey teams (Miami Toros (boys team) and the Florida Alliance (girls statewide travel), ROTC and runs her charity venture; Gear-up For Veterans, where she collects and buys and sells hockey equipment to raise money. That’s a mouthful 😊
This relationship started when she wrote Mike Vaccaro, Director of the USA Hockey Warrior Hockey program, introducing herself and wanted to help in any way she could. The Panthers Warriors was just forming, and Tori wanted to be a part of the program.
In addition to hockey equipment, Tori organized a car wash, designed, manufactured, and sold wrist bracelets to raise money, which added up to one thousand two hundred dollars that she donated to the Panthers Warriors!
We are very proud that Tori is a Panthers Warriors Hockey teammate and look forward to her help and watching her grow and achieving her goals!
